This cooking session (about 3 hours) will introduce French culinary techniques in a Malaysian setting. A small introductory class of up to 12 persons only, set in a homely setting in Penampang. The session will be both theory and hands-on. A multi-media presentation and handouts are included. Emphasis will be on locally available and everyday ingredients to create a 4-dish meal with a difference!
