It seemed like a long time ago...... A wise schoolteacher in Tokaj, Hungary, welcomed me with a toast, "To drink WINE is to be HAPPY ". I tasted the legendary amber nectar of the Gods, and was HAPPY, indeed.

Then, he showed me his little piece of happiness, grapevines clutching the slopes of volcanic soil & rock. I tasted the Yellow Muscat grapes off the vines and am now HAPPY for life.
