STARTER COURSES - ANTIPASTI

Apetisers on offer at Villa Quaranta Park Hotel, Ospedaletto di Pescantina The starter buffet at Il Concorzio Tutela Vini Soave (Soave's Controlling Body) headquarters' dinner. Part of the Optical "Black & White" Menu by Lombardy Wine Consortium. This is the antipasti course of Lardo (white) & Proscuitto (black). Scartosso di piccoli pesci e crostacei con dolce-forte di pomodoro (Assorted fish & crustaceans with sweet fresh tomato puree) by alAjmo, Selvazzano.
Cold meats & salami are freshly sliced to order at Trattoria Al Pompiere, Verona. A serving of Lardo on toasted baguette & extra virgin olive oil of Baone. Villa Alessi, Colli Euganei. Freshly cured salami without preservatives from Villa Alessi, Colli Euganei. Italian winemakers targetting the buffet appetizer spread at the opening dinner, Due Torri Baglioni Hotel, Verona.
